BUSINESS CONDITIONS
1) GENERAL PROVISIONS
Buyer rendering binding order confirms that it accepts the terms and conditions for supply of goods declared seller. Relations between the buyer and the seller is subject to these Terms and Conditions, which are binding on both parties.
2) ORDERING OF GOODS AND SERVICES
We offer you the possibility to purchase directly from your home where you can buy non-stop. Orders can be easily and conveniently using a shopping cart or e-mail. The subject of the contract is only the goods listed in the sales contract - order. Dimensions, weight, performance, capacity and other information provided on our website, catalogs, brochures and other printed information is voluntary and based on the manufacturer. In the case of irregularities of course will contact you. We are committed to keeping its customers, we will only deliver the goods in perfect condition and in accordance with the specifications or features usual for the type of goods conforming to the norms, rules and regulations applicable in the Czech Republic while the Czech properly equipped operating instructions, warranty certificates and lists of post-warranty service centers where it is for the type of normal goods. The condition for the fulfillment of the validity of our electronic order is to fill all the required data and elements listed in the order form. The same authorization we reserve even if the manufacturer ceases to deliver ordered products on the market or indicate a new version of the product, where appropriate, significantly changes the price of the product.
3) Order Confirmation
The order is taken within 24 hours, we'll send you an order confirmation e-mail to send you also informed by e-mail. In case of doubt we will of course contact.
4) CANCELLATION OF ORDERS
Every order you can cancel within 24 hours and by phone, or e-mail and without giving a reason. Just the name, e-mail a description of the ordered goods or services.
5) POSTAGE and packing
When ordering and delivery of mail over 1000 € pay postage. You can select a different mode of transport according to the specifications of individual orders. Price of postage may vary according to the weight of the goods ordered.
6) Delivery time
Delivery time is from 1 - 7 days, unless otherwise indicated. In the event that certain goods are not in stock, we will immediately contact you.
7) The exchange of goods
If necessary, you unused and undamaged goods to replace other species. Just send the goods by registered package (not on delivery) to our address. Costs associated with changing the bears in full the buyer.
8) WARRANTY AND COMPLAINTS

All goods are covered by the legal deadline of 24 months, unless otherwise indicated. The guarantee applies only to manufacturing defects!
Warranty does not apply to:
a) defects resulting from normal use
b) incorrect application of the product
c) improper storage
How to claim:
1) tell us about a complaint by phone, email or in writing
2) the goods be sent by registered package (not on delivery) to our address
3) to claim the shipment, indicate the reason, your address
4) evidence of the claimed acquisition of goods in our shop
Your claim process as quickly as possible, no later than 30 days from its inception, the receipt of the goods in our company.
When ordering services - such as disability or magical spells and rituals - they all risks of the buyer (customer) only to his responsibility - and therefore no subsequent claim for refund!
